- Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has launched three new apps - Mycall app, MySpeed app and Do not disturb (DND).
- MyCall app - crowdsourced voice call quality monitoring
- MySpeed app - to obtain test-data from users in all service areas
- 'Do not disturb (DND 2.0) app - to avoid unsolicited commercial communication/telemarketing calls/SMS, the sector regulator
