- Recently UN has launched this global group consisting 20-member group countries.
- It was in the wake of rising antimicrobial resistance (AMR).
- It is a collaborative effort of the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), World Organisation for Animal Health (OIE) and the World Health Organization (WHO).
- It is co-chaired by the prime ministers of Barbados and Bangladesh.
