- This initiative was launched by France and Germany in 2020, but held its first meeting in May 2021.
- World Health Organization along with three other international bodies have set up a team of experts who will help in developing a global plan called "One Health" panel.
- This panel will help preventing the spread of Zoonotic diseases.
- Zoonotic disease or Outbreak is an infectious disease, transmitted between species from animals to humans or from humans to animals.
