- RBI will integrate the consumer grievances redressal under a single ombudsman.
- It will replace the three grievance redressal schemes working at present.
- Presently, there are dedicated ombudsman schemes for the consumer grievance redressal in the banking, non-bank finance companies and digital transactions.
