- The 13th Edition of PETROTECH - 2019, India’s flagship hydrocarbon Conference was inaugurated by the Prime Minister at India Expo Centre, Greater Noida in Uttar Pradesh.
- The 3-day event is the country’s biggest hydrocarbon conference with the participation from over 95 Energy Ministers and 7000 delegates from around 70 countries.
- It is organized by the Union Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas.
- The 12th edition of PETROTECH was held in New Delhi on December, 2016
- India is the 3rd largest consumer of crude oil and petroleum products after United States and China.
