- Pi Day is celebrated on March 14th around the world, which is approximately 3.14159.
- Pi (Greek letter “π”) is the symbol used in mathematics to represent a constant the ratio of the circumference of a circle to its diameter.
- S. House of Representatives passed a non-binding resolution on March 12, 2009 and recognizing March 14, 2009 as National Pi Day.
