- The Tamil Nadu government has announced that intercaste marriage couples will be given priority in the government employment.
- The government has also announced that young people who have lost their parents due to the corona epidemic will be given priority in employment.
- Following this, first-generation graduates and those who have studied in Tamil medium in Tamil Nadu government schools will be given 2nd and 3rd priority respectively.
- 20% reservation is given to those who have studied in the Tamil medium.
