- The bottom most states in this category were Manipur, Delhi and Uttarakhand.
- In the category of Union Territories Chandigarh was the top performing region followed by Puducherry and Lakshadweep.
- Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Jammu and Kashmir were the least performing Union Territories.
