- Article 239AA of the Constitution imposes several restrictions on the legislature of Delhi.
- Thus, the elected Delhi legislature has no power over law and order and land matters.
- But Article 239A does not impose any such explicit restrictions on Puducherry legislature.
- But this act does not mention any special responsibilities for the Administrator of the Union Territory.
