- The Anarock Property Consultants has analysed the performance of real estate regulatory authorities in the country till November and released a statement.
- Tamil Nadu Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TNRERA) has been ranked 8th among the Real estate regulators in India in the Housing project registrations.
- As per the statement, Maharashtra tops the registration followed by Gujarat, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh.
- The Tamil Nadu Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2018 underscores that all ongoing housing projects with a minimum of 8 units must be registered with TNRERA.
