  • It is also known as Explorer 81 and launched in 2022.
  • The spacecraft was tasked with observing solar flares and coronal mass ejections from the Sun from its position in low-Earth orbit.
  • The 300-kg spacecraft was decommissioned in 2018.
  • NASA crashed most of the spacecraft to burn up as it travels through the atmosphere.
