A five-judge Constitution bench of the Supreme Court has ruled that a larger bench should again consider the matter of the entry of women of all ages into Kerala’s Sabarimala temple.
At present there is no ban on entry as per the verdict of 2018.

The verdict was delivered 3:2.
Justices Chandrachud and Rohinton Nariman gave a dissenting verdict and disagreed with the majority view and dismissed all review pleas (56 review petitions).
They said that not following the 2018 SC order is not an option and as on date women are allowed to enter Sabarimala temple.

Meaning of expression 'public order, morality and health' occurring in Article 25 (1) of the Constitution.

Whether the "essential religious practices" of a religious denomination are afforded constitutional protection under Article 26.
The extent to which the court can interfere into the issue of a particular practice of religion.
