- ‘Sarthak’ is a community-based initiative for the mental well-being of the elderly.
- Through this initiative, training will be imparted to nurses, healthcare workers and volunteers on geriatric mental health.
- The National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro-Sciences (NIMHANS) has collaborated with HelpAge India to train 10,000 mental health workers.
