SEIS placed on Mars - NASA

  • NASA’s ‘Insight’ has placed its first instrument, a seismometer (SEIS) on the Planet Mars.
  • The seismometer, world’s first ever instrument placed on another planet’s surface, will listen for quakes and wobbles in the Red planet.
