- Jharkhand has clinched the first position in the progress of the implementation of the Smart City Mission's schemes.
- This is according to the recent ranking released by the Union Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs.
- At the same time, Jharkhand's Capital Ranchi has risen to 12th position in terms of progress of the ongoing mission plans in 100 cities.
