- Ministry of Commerce and Industry has launched three new tools for States and Union Territories for ranking of start-ups in the country.
- The tools are:
- The State and Union Territory Start-up Ranking Framework,
- The Compendium of Good Practices for Promoting Start-ups in India
- The Start-up India Kit
- These will act as catalysts to help the Start-up India initiative to drive India’s economic growth.
- The Ranking Framework will measure the impact of each step initiated at the local level for building a strong Start-up ecosystem.
