- She made a 24-hour journey in the Starliner spacecraft she piloted to space.
- In 2012, during a prior trip to the International Space Station, Williams became the first person to finish a triathlon in space.
- Ms Williams went on her first space voyage on December 9, 2006, which lasted until June 22, 2007.
