- IIT-Madras and ESPN Cricinfo have launched a new metrics to analyse the game of Cricket – Superstats.
- Superstats is a combination of three statistical metrics – Luck Index, Forecaster and Smart Stats.
- For the first time in cricket statistics analysis, luck factor is also counted to predict the outcome of the match.
