- Madurai and Chennai were ranked 42nd and 45th, respectively.
- Trichy secured 102 Rank, Tirunelveli (159), Salem (173) and Tirupur got 173rd place.
- Best Mega City in Innovation and Best Practices - Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
- None of the Tamil Nadu cities was on the top 10 list in their respective categories.
