- It is a programme launched by the Ministry of Human Resource and Development.
- It was launched by Union HRD Minister Prakash Javdekar in Kochi, Kerala.
- The initiative was taken by Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan to prepare a physical Health and Fitness Profile Card for Kendriya Vidyalaya students.
- It will provide a comprehensive and inclusive report card for children covering all age groups including the differently-abled children.
- The programme also intends to imbibe values of Olympics and Paralympics among students.
