- Telangana has signed MoU with ‘International Crops Research Institute for the Semi-Arid Tropics’ (ICRISAT).
- Its objective is to conduct a research on the impact of Mission Kakatiya programme.
- Kakatiya programme is a program for restoring all the minor irrigation tanks and lakes in Telangana.
