- Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has unveiled beta version of portal (www.tariff.trai.gov.in) to enable consumers see tariffs of different TSPs (telecom service providers) and different Licensed Service Areas (LSAs) at single place.
- The Government has appointed senior bureaucrat Chandra Bhushan Kumar as Deputy Election Commissioner and he will have tenure of five years.
