To enhance the livelihood of the rural women in Tamilnadu, the Tamilnadu Chief Minister Edapaddi Palanisamy has announced a new scheme, under Rule no 110, such as issuance of Free Nattukozhi as that of free distribution of Goat and Bull scheme.
Tamilnadu Chief Minister Edappadi Palanisamy flagged off the youth parade in the name of “Enadhu Bharathan Ponnana Bharatham” organized by Bramma Kumari’s women Association. The all India level youth parade has been organised since the past 2017 by the Bramma Kumari’s Association.
The aim of the movement is to emphasise that ethical activity must be protected through peace, purity and yoga.
After Chennai Central and Egmore, Tambaram is becoming a terminal. The new coach terminal constructed on the eastern side of the Tambaram station was dedicated to the nation by Union Minister of State for Railways Rajen Gohain.
Days after notifying the Cauvery scheme approved by the Supreme Court, the Union government nominated central water commission chairman, S Masood Hussain and chief engineer, Navin Kumar as chairman and member of Cauvery Water Management Authority. Kumar also becomes the chairman of Cauvery water regulation committee, as per the scheme.
The arrangements are “interim” until the process of regular appointments are made as per Cauvery scheme
The Central Government has decided to raise five Indian Reserve Police (IRP) battalions in Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) with an aim to provide jobs to local youths. These battalions will have 60% reservation to people from border areas of J&K.
