- Tamil Nadu government launched its investment promotion campaign for 'Global Investors Meet 2019' to be held in January next year.
- It had earlier organised the First edition of Global Investors Meet in September 2015.
- Jharkhand government introduced electric vehicles for official use. Thus, Jharkhand has become the fifth state of India and the first state in eastern India to procure the eco-friendly vehicles for government use.
