- The ICCI Bank CEO and MD, Chanda Kochhar quit her position with immediate effect on October 4, 2018. Sandeep Bakhshi, who was appointed as the bank's COO in June 2018, has been named to succeed Kochhar as the bank’s new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer.
- He has been appointed for a period of five years until October 3, 2023.
- Senior diplomat Sanjay Verma has been appointed as India's Ambassador to Spain, who is presently Additional Secretary in the ministry of external affairs.

- She was appointed as CEO in 2006, becoming PepsiCo's 5th chief executive in its 41-year history, and the 1st woman.
