- Digital security company Gemalto released the latest findings of the Breach Level Index, a global database of public data breaches, which ranked India at 2nd place next to US in terms of Data breach.
- The 7th edition of Hand-in-Hand (HIH) combat military drill between India and China to resume in December in the Chengdu region of China. The annual exercise was cancelled after the Doklam stand-off in 2017.
