  • A 1982 IOFS (Indian Ordnance Factories Service) officer Saurabh Kumar took over as the Director General of Ordnance Factories (DGOF) and chairman of the Ordnance Factory Board (OFB) following the superannuation of P.K. Shrivastava in Kolkata.
