- Tamil Nadu Chief Minister inaugurated the CODISSIA (Coimbatore District Small Industries Association) Industrial Park Limited (CIPL) at Coimbatore. Established in 1969 as a small Industries Association, it celebrates its 50th year Golden Jubliee.
