  • In a bid to boost India’s relations with its neighbours, the government has entered into agreements with Bangladesh and South Korea to broadcast DD (Doordarshan) India channel in the two countries.
    • State channels of Bangladesh (BTV World) and South Korea (KBS World) will be shown on DD Free Dish in India.
  • Tech-enabled logistics start-up company Rivigo has launched National Freight Index (NFI) that will provide live freight rates for different lanes and vehicles across the country.
    • This is a step towards easing logistics sector crisis and also streamlining the sector.
