- Women Wizards Rule Tech (W2RT) is a unique program with objective to increase pipeline of women in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, And Mathematics)/ Technology at senior levels capable of taking up leadership roles and enable their retention in the chosen domains.
- The program is designed exclusively for Women professionals in Core Technologies from Information Technology (IT), Information Technology enabled Services (ITES) / Business process management (BPM), Product and R&D Firms.
- It is a joint initiative of NASSCOM, NASSCOM Sector Skills Council and Data Security Council of India.
- W2RT was launched at the NASSCOM D&I Summit 2018 in Chennai.

- NASSCOM is a non-profit organisation established in 1988.
- NASSCOM is headquartered in New Delhi, India, with regional offices in the cities of Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune and Thiruvananthapuram.
