- China will be hosting the 5th World Internet Conference (WIC) in November, 2018.
- The conference will be held in the river town of Wuzhen, eastern China's Zhejiang Province.
- The theme of 5th WIC is "creating a digital world for mutual trust and collective governance -- toward a community with a shared future in cyberspace".
- The conference, also known as Wuzhen Summit is held annually since 2014.
- It is organized by the Government agencies in China to discuss Internet issues and policies.
