- 13-year-old Aadhi Sai Vijaykaran from Chennai has become the first Indian to win the Junior Debate Championship held at the World Scholar’s Cup held at Yale University, USA.
- The Theme for the cup was ‘An Entangled World: diplomacy, human relationships, the science of memory, and literature, art and music’.
