- China has unveiled the first carbon fiber-only passenger train in history.
- This is the first passenger train in history to be constructed completely of carbon fiber, greatly decreasing weight and pollution.
- The carbon fiber train will reach speeds of up to 87 mph and use 7% less energy than regular steel trains.
- It produces less air pollution per passenger than vehicles or airplanes.
