- The Youth Literature Project will be implemented to enhance children's creativity (speech, writing, painting, painting) and to teach moral education and to develop moral and social values.
- Under this project, the first phase of 100 children's literature books will be published by the Tamil Nadu Textbooks and Educational Works Corporation.
