- “பணமோசடி” மற்றும் “திட்டமிடப்பட்ட குற்றம் சார்ந்த நடவடிக்கைகளில் இருந்து” பெறப்பட்ட கறைபடிந்த சொத்துக்களை இணைப்பது என்ற வழக்கில் பிஎம்எல்ஏவின் வரம்பானது (PMLA) ஆர்பிடிஏ (RBDA), சர்பேசி (SARFAESI) மற்றும் திவால் குறியீடு ஆகியவற்றை விட அதிகபட்ச அதிகாரம் பெற்று இருக்கும் என்று தில்லி உயர் நீதிமன்றம் கூறியுள்ளது.
